Hi people. First post on this forum so apologies if I've posted in the wrong place.
Does anyone have any experience with Luxonic Dali Emergency lighting systems.
I have spent the last 2 weeks replacing batteries with the contracted electrician however a few fittings are requiring replacement ballasts.
The problem is we can't find anywhere on the system to add a ballast to the network.
The lights are function and will switch to battery during power outage but I can't get the system to detect the new ballast. The old one remains on the system but the fitting doesn't respond to test and identification commands.
We may have to contact luxonic directly but if anyone has any ideas I would love to hear them.
