Thanks for the interest, since last posts, I have left my job in the shopping centre as maintenance electrician, started  (with help from others) new company http://www.e-lawstraining.com  now qualified Level 4 C&G PTTLS.  Been to Ireland, Sunderland, met my mother after 19 years and working 12-16 hours a day since April 2013.
