Back to hotel to install timer on carpark lights to override newly installed dusk-to-dawn sensors (GM wants `em to go off between midnight & 5.00 a.m. - next job will include installing IR lamps for the car park cameras to operate......).
Get home, eat food, shower, write up 25 page PIR, convert to PDF, email, write invoices, print `em & stuff in envelopes.
Should have gone & sorted the van for tomorrow morning, but it was too cold & couldn`t be bothered.
In the middle of which, have to deal with sky, as the sky+ box went t1t5 up again - 1st call was an indian woman who wanted to charge silly money for an engineer.
Hung up, and re-dialled to cancel my contract.
I`ve now got a free HD box and install (not on HD contract, though), plus 20% off my bill for 6 months, AND no charge for the next 5 days, cos they don`t think they can install until Monday.......
I`m tired now, mr Artois has worked his magic.
