What the * are you on about? I asked if she followed your advice or the advice of the bathroom fitter and that’s your reply. That really makes sense but I suppose you can’t teach pork to read and understand  lol.

Stroma have just split into CPS and Energy assessor schemes for 'business resons'  more money wasted rather than improving the system in my opinion.

It's interesting how much competition is around on schemes, for instance I dropped RECC for HIES - they were free for a the first year. HIES has inturn refrred me to another bunch  called Flexi-Orb, who aim to replace MCS. This has saved me about £800 this year and means I can still register Solar jobs if I want to.
Who would want to register a solar job now?  Even if I was able to sign up for the new export payment scheme, I have only so far this year exported 97Kwh which at 5.5p would have earned me £5.33

Nobody, bar those who don't understand the changes and what they mean like architects. Only legal requirement is DNO notification, and perhaps some form of insurance issues should a roofing issue occur and the installer isn't qualified / trained for solar work?

DNO notification does not need any form of certification whatsoever.  All they wanted is details of the equipment, in particular the inverter and it's manufacturers declaration of conformity, a wiring diagram, and a pretty picture of the site showing where the isolators are.

That is correct, so there is basically nothing to stop DIY work, although, again, I'm not sure your household insurance would cover any issues from a failed installation?
