Report any failed dno appointments, so a register can be built which will eventually lead to Reputable Installers being able to undergo the cutting and resealing of seals.

It is against the law as it stands to cut any seal and without permission you could be charged.

Be carefull, be safe, and always get written or (recorded) evidence of permission.

I do know you have to tell someone if you are going to record their phonecall!

you dont have to actually tell them, you can advise it on your business card,

ie, have a normal card made for customers that you wont record, then have an advised card made for suppliers etc with info on it, send it to them recorded delivery, your ass is covered,

Nice point mate; however.

As they record calls for training purposes; they already have the conversation; and i can`t be bothered.

Re-seal it?:? Like fun! That isn`t my job. I`ll call them, and request reseal.
