Why is the fridge connected via a 45A switch & what size circuit breaker/fuse is backing it up ?
Why is there a light switch over the sink & what is the blank plate ?
PS, Like for like changing of a socket outlet is not notifiable and neither is connecting up an appliance to an existing spur or isolator, even in a kitchen. Some may argue as no changes have taken place no testing is necessary ( although i always would) and the lack of an RCD doesn't matter as the job may have been wired to an earlier version of the regulations.
