Started a refit of a disused office a few days ago. The distribution board is in the toilet. This is what i was met with

Its the toilet seat thats been chewed away by rats whilst it was down. The lump you see in front is a paving slab i put there before i started working on the board (once i tucked my trousers into my boots)

Before I left, I set 3 white rats free in the house with 1,2,& 4 written on their backs.

Yes when you reach into the ceiling void, make sure that its cabl you got hold of and not some big @rsed rat's tail.

My most recent job was alivery stables and I had to transport my tools in a wheelbarrow that is normally used for mucking out.

A you can imagine all the tools got a thorough cleaning with detol with bleach surface cleaner. I dunno what smells worse?
