No CPC at lights

Hi,

Doing a board change and came to do r1+r2 on lighting circuit. Theres a cpc in the board but i checked all pendants in the house and there are no visible cpc's. I recon their twisted together above the ceiling like they used to do, but could not access.

What do you guys normally do in this situation. All light fittings are class 2 so i know the esc have guidance for changing a CU with no cpc. Just wanted the quick answer please. Can you put lim on cert or is that a no no as you cant confirm disconnection times without an r1+r2+Ze.

Mark iut on the cert and label the cu accordingly

you can get labels that indicate this

also make the customer aware

either expose earths, or treat the circuit as unearthed
