Over Charged On Work

You have missed the point....   you haven't read the post properly....   in fact, I'm  liking my guys more and more after reading some of these posts....  thanks for showing me just how blinkered some people are...very enlightening...   ill go and pay him!

OK? I remain confused.

You agreed an initial price - yes?

You changed specification that resulted in more work - yes?

You didn't ask what the 'extras' would cost - yes?

Now you seem upset that the work you agreed to have done, has cost more than you thought it would - am I still correct?

You owe the money. What anyone else would charge is irrelevant.

No I think you've missed the point? I read quite clearly that you felt you'd been overcharged and wanted us to justify or agree with you?

Give us a rough idea what the original price was, and what it was for, and then give us an idea of the amended prrice and we will all see what we think....
