Loads of info there mate :)

Probably more than I was expecting but good anyway.

I do like that movement effect with a long exposure.

Didn`t have a choice, mate.

Shot was quite dark; 2 second was about the best I could manage.

Thing was, others saw me run through hotel to get camera, and followed suit. I KNEW they`d be firing flash, which would ruin the pic I wanted, so I got maybe 3 or 4 exposures before they started - then walked away :( :(

Every other night had been a little cloudy; and we were waiting to go in for evening meal (the camera`s time hasn`t been altered for the locale), when someone who`d seen me taking shots with the SLR pointed this out.

I`ve had that printed on canvas, and it hangs over my bed-head. IMO, its one of the best photos I`ve ever taken.

BTW - there is no image modification (photoshop etc) - thats how the piccie came out :) :)

Ooooh like this one , have just saved it for my screensaver ,then thought perhaps I should ask permission ,then thought, I'll keep it anyway and say nothing. :innocent

Bridge1.jpg
Just dug up a couple more, the first one is The Forth Road Bridge, Edinburgh taken on Dec 31 1999, the last sunset off the year / century, must say it looks better on a canvas in my front room.
Love the picture, but 31/12/99 was not the last day of the millennium of the century. The dates went 1BC to 1 AD, there's no year 0 hence to have 100 or 1000 years it's 31/12/00 :D

Everyone had millennium parties a year earlier

I agree with Sandra.

There's some lovely Photos there Guys, Please keep them coming. :D

A tad different...... getting ready for the big show in Bristol next week

Anyone for a coffee?

excellent,

can I ask if i posted a double exposed pic could someone with the knowhow remove the double exposed part for me?

or is that an impossibility?

This is giving me an Idea? :|

Here's my effort... taken with a N95 and no editing
