I am assuming you are going to give a signed certificate at the end of the work??
And that the money is coming out of this other commercial enterprise..?
So the pub will need evidence on their accounts of where some of their money has gone too...
(i.e. written letter headed invoice or similar)
As you can’t just take money out of a business without accounting for it..
In which case a paper trail confirming that you did work and got paid will be on the system....
Which if the pooh hits the fan at a later date it could become nasty!
