I fully understand that there are dangers in removing the fuse but are the supply authorities squad that do this immune to the dangers.........

im sure i could put my rubber gloves and place my rubber mat down and pull it out just as good as the supply authorities........

its the measurement of your hand. quick google will tell you where to measure

I think they should design a shield that can be placed over the cutout and then used to pull the fuse so it will contain any flash if there is an issue.
