Qualification levels for an electrician

Hi all,

I have a very interested question like this

If I have (assumed) a HND or HPD in Building Services Engineering (level 4), is this qualification (certificate) covered the 2380, 2391 etc, that can becoming to as an electrician?

Information copy of HPD in Building Services Engineering's handbook, which included units as follows:

Unit 8 Electrical installation technology

Unit 9 Electrotechnical services, installations and systems

Unit 10 Electrical supply and distribution

any ideas???

HND= Higher National Diploma

HPD = higher professional diploma HLQ No.4467 from C&G

I think you still have to do a 5 day course to be really qualified.
