To be more specific then. A 3ph/N supply , straight out of the supply company cut-out fuses and away to the answer to the quiz , while the usual tails feed the meter etc. Chittybangbang is the closest.

No sorry Badge, although they are not metered, coucils pay a fixed fee each year I believe.

No sorry, they'd usually fuse them in the basement ,say, and a sub-main to each flat, this supply goes to a piece of equipment.
