Hello you lot!!

Just a question on how you hand over your certs, particularly ERIC, do you hand it over in an envelope? Just loose paper?

I think presentation is everything and was thinking of some sort of plastic cover that binds it at the same time. Just wondering if im going ott with it.

I just put mine in an envelope and hand it to the client that way...

I don't give ERIC any certificates I don't know him

all of my EICR are hand written, other certificates are emailed to the client.

either electronically,

or at the minute its just a scanned signature I have, as Ive recently been messing around with my certs and need to get them looking the way I would like.

I email and use a scanned signature, for those that dont have email it's a bog standard envelope.
