I've been asked to price a large domestic job in Southern Ireland, but I'm not sure what the sign off process is etc. I know they use ET101 4th edition which appears to be the same as the 17th. The part I'm not sure of is the process of getting power on from the Electricity Supply Board (ESB) as they need a certificate which is not a problem producing its whether I

 
I have worked in Germany and Belgium, over there as soon as they found out I was NICEIC they where more than happy for me to do any work.

Never worked over in Ireland so would not know the process.

For Belgium I had to write a letter to the persons in charge of the build before I could be excepted as the main contractor.

They allowed me providing I used local labour.

The one in Germany I subcontracted for the main contractor which was an English company.
