Hi all

I have been asked to price to do some portable appliance testing, emergency light testing and fire alam testing at an residental home. As i am only a domestic installer i dont know if i am able to the work. I have all the required practiacal knowledge as i did this sort of thing in a previous job but what paper work do i need please help sounds like a good contract to get but i dont want to be doing anything i should`nt be

Thanks for letting me know i have 2 million pound liability insurance i would up this to 5 million if needed

2 million is fine

i do pat testing in residential homes

test on your stuff at home and you will be fine

 
what does that include as i have it through tradedirect with zurich and mine is alot more than that .
Think it is just the bare minimum one man band ins. no employees no tool cover.
