ECA have issued a White Paper for download regarding Part P, not a very good read.

I just Googled that  Steve , started to read .............you know what ? ..... I just couldn't be arsed .... I'm Pe'ed off with the whole thing  TBH .

And Cor  Blimey Guv'nor !!!!.... another weeks gone by and they 've not announced another course we should all be signing up for.

Perhaps they're leaaving us alone to try to earn some money for a change.

The bit that took my attention was applications are open for scheme operators who want to run the 3rd party notification contractors. That can only mean one thing "More Money" if you want to do it.
