seaward powertest 1557

right guys

im due to take my 2392 testing course early january and im looking into getting a tester before then.

i use a megger 1552 at work but ive been offered a very good deal on the seaward 1557. ive had a look at it looks good feels quite sterdy but ive heard bad things about seaward.

anybody got this tester or know good and bad points about it?

I had a seaward a while back(about 4 years).

wouldnt have another one.! almost as bad as megger, but in a different way.

dunno how much they have changed tho, maybe they actually work now. !
