Serviced apartment regulations

Looking for info on the building standards/regs for serviced apartments or flats within a block (7 of) e.g minimum requirement cable spec (PVC, LSF or LSZH). Or if there are additional requirements above those of standard domestic installation.

If anyone could point me in the direction of a guidance note or similar that would be appreciated!
