Splitting the regs!!!

As soon as you do that all manner of low life will come out

from under diverse stones and take "ownership" of the bits

that appear.  There will then be a period of squabbling, with

meetings of parliamentary select committees and we will see

plenty of repeats of the comic opera that we saw about changes

to Part 'P'.

With the passage of time the reversion of the regs to their current

form will be suggested.  Achievement?  ZERO.
