Well it's not a big hard job, but, normally these screens have a programme in them, without that as a backup, you may well struggle.

i know for sure we dont have backups like.

Whilst you're fixing this have you got the parameters for that VSD saved before that goes t!ts up?

You have posted photos of a Siemens 24Vdc PSU and a Danfoss VLT Frequency Inverter, not sure what relevance these have to getting the software out of a Siemens TP HMI   :innocent

i did have a picture of the PLC no idea where that went. Ill try and get it back. But TetraPak have been in touch at last and have finally agreed to put the software on the new screen without us having to buy a new screen off them .

Now is there a way that i can unlock the one thats password protected.
