only applies to zones & where jets may be used for cleaning... normal bathroom and out of the zones, put whatever you want in, inc a pendant if you want...
You can't put a pendant inside the zones in a bathroom though can you.

From memory an electrical point should be at least 150mm away from services of any type. 300mm is above the counter as mentioned above.
Blanking is usually enough.
Out of curiosity are you replacing oven and hob from electric to gas, is it two separate units hob and oven or one unit made of oven and hob?

A pendant set does not fulfil the requirements of IPX4, so yes it does.

Yes but, no but, what the *&%$ are you on about..???

1/ Can we put the pendant within 300mm of the gas cooker?
2/ Do we put the gas cooker in the bathroom?
3/ Do we get the gas from the pendant to supply a cooker installed in the bath???

Talk about off topic!!!
this is just crazy..

Some of these comments are as sensible as suggesting its best to use an armoured shaver socket buried 600mm below the kitchen floor where the gas cooker is to be fitted.. Then you may be able to get away with putting a shower enclosure in the kitchen as long as the cooker is in Zone2!

Anyone else got any actual answers to the OP's question?
