but, I'd be wanting a lot more than JIB pittance anyway.

Isn't it weird that the Jib is basically owned/run by a union, yet there's never the fracas around a wage increase like the old civil servants, do the rates actually go up? Have we ever been balloted? Is it me or is the national wage/minimum living wage creeping ever closer to the JIB rates? So much for a skilled trade.
