hi guys, need to rcd 2 circuits i am working on

current set up is hager cu no rcd,

i have a few wylex rcd knocking around and split load kits are cheap enough so was looking to convert to a 16th ed board. not done this befor so is it more hassle than its worth?

thanks

hagar rcbo bit pricy but that would be easiest option. dont know if it has 2 neutral bars but it should have a blank space for one and i have an old hagar cu i can cannibalise

Yes hager stuff does seem to be flexible like that not sure if wylex rcd's will fit they probably will how many spare ways does the board have.

Why not do the the same thing, but with a Hager RCD and use the Wylex Split load kit,,, then you'll be 100% sure that it'll fit and you'll also keep the BS standard for the consumer unit

It'll cost <

thats not a bad idear mate i have got a few wylex rcd i picked up cheap but for the sake of a few quid prob better off with hagar and save wylex for another day it will all work out the same in long run. thanks

its mates rates which i hate doing, i was going to bang another

did not bother with the kit after all that, got hagar rcbo
