Got a client who needs a temperature regulated handwash.. it musn't be able to go above 40 deg C as it's for a disabled person.

My initial thought was an unvented water heater with a blending valve, but that can't happen as it's an internal room and there is no where for the overpressure to dump to.

So,, has anyone come across one of these or know of a supplier????

can't you go with a mechanical temp control? works for hospitals

This any good:

Fit them all the time, quick to instal and can set the temp then remove the little knob to stop tampering. I fit them under sinks in site cabins and they serve up to 4 sinks.

Link to supplier here

That ones un-vented mate.

Never mind back to the drawing board.

Cheers Mike,

checked that one out with the wholesaler today and while it is temperature stabilized, it is not adjustable..

This needs to be regulated to 40 deg C as it's for an autistic persons washroom (no toilet. shower or bath though)
