Hey guys,
Am I reading this right, is this device an automatic changeover switch, that would work like a Tesla Gateway?

Ignoring the technical aspects (or not) of this item... Have you looked the the reviews?
Less than 50% are "5-star"... Just under a quarter (23%) are "1-star"!!
As Binky said... best not touched with a Barge-Pole unless you have money to burn!
And for your future reference.. since 1995 UK voltage has been defined as 230volt +10% -6%
which gives a voltage range from 216.2v to 253.0v
Pre 1995 it was defined as... 240volt v +6% -6%
which gave a voltage range from 225.6v to 254.4.
In reality many UK single-phase supplies are frequently 240v+
So any equipment which is not designed to operate, continually and reliably in the 240v+ range...
will probably fail prematurely. (e.g. as per far too many LED lamps!!!!)
