Maybe I've word blindness or something, but I can't see a Hob, oven, or immersion are you on gas, oil?

It's not you. Whoever wired the CU did same quality job with the labels, they are almost illegible.

Mains gas. Gas-fired range (ovens & hob). There used to be a cooker circuit (currently labelled 'Not in Use', its 6sqmm cable is disconnected and taped up inside the CU! The kitchen end is terminated somewhere inside a kitchen wall. There's a cooker outlet but no isolation switch.
I mention all this since you've raised the subject, because another potential upgrade not originally included, was to cater for an induction hob.
Dare I say, my guess is a 40A/10sqmm upgrade would be advisable rather than reinstatement of the old 32A/6sqmm existing circuit?
