Been out of the game for a while with one thing and another, realised they've changed the colour of the 17th edition books to green now, guessing this is the amended version.

I don't do any notifiable work anymore as I'm no longer registered, I pass on those enquiries, just do very small odd jobs but get asked for advice a lot.

Been thinking of buying the green on site guide, is there any difference to my red one and are any changes in it significant enough to spend the 20 odd quid on it?

 
There are a few changes and I think the new one

is more user friendly. Look out for the misprints

though.

 
doesnt make any difference if you do small jobs or not, you should still have a copy to refer to.

how do you know your small jobs are done to regulations if you dont actually know what they are in the first place?
