I've been ill for a few days , put back what jobs we had on ......but its focused the mind somewhat ,   Could hardly walk Friday , knees playing up , plus stomach playing up caused by  crouching  down to clip an SWA . 

Knee problem started with replacing 4 fluorescent batten fittings with LED  Battens , this involved up & down  the 8ft steps 14 times for each fitting !    Exasperated by walking round Lichfield the following day  and walking round ASDA the next day.

So as I lay in bed I started to think about handing my badge & gun back to the NIC .

If you can afford to jack it in, I would. but then i am very much a work to live person, and if I had sufficient funds without working, then I wouldn't.

around here they push the trolleys around ASDA with there forearms and elbows, sort of hunched over the trolley.
