Started a full rewire today, the lighting was still using the board below, complete with fuses in the neautral. Even worse, someone has rewired it at some point 🤣

That's got a right proper state of the art modern fuse box for the off peak.
What I don't get is the old wheal meter, disconnected, but live via the off-peak time clock, had been left in place when the digital meter was installed. I have no idea how the night storage heaters could possibly been working.( I suspect they weren't working). I know the time clock was live coz it was still ticking, and had a live supply via the red cable. The meter tails to the wheal meter having been disconnected and taped up on the ends
