Surely Kung's photo shows the usual 2 core PILSSWA incommer with a loop feed to next door . Earthing TNS. Cable sheath.Deke
Thats what it looks like to me, however he says each cable only has one cable in each, one to live and one to nuetral.

Strange I know but thats what confused me, as I have never seen anything like that before.

definately TNS. looks like a standard feed to head then loop to next house.

Anyway, cannot be TNC unless the sheath is used as neutral (which i very much doubt). even if it was, it would give a TNCS supply

Just to add...

the loop in-out between properties is not that uncommon..

heres a couple of examples..

This one is actually a pair of tails going through the wall..?

In both cases these are easier to suss out cuz the cables actually go through the wall..

not down under the floor!

Just thought this may help people realise that a loop to next door does happen..

spose you only notice it if you are working at the side with the incoming & outgoing loops!

;)
