I hacked together a php line that will generate these for people incase unlike Admin etc.. you do not have a cat to run across your keyboard:

for ($i = 1; $i <= mt_rand(4,8) ; $i++) { for ($j = 1; $j <= mt_rand(1,8) ; $j++) {$string .= chr(mt_rand(97,122)) ; }; $string .= " "; } ; echo ucfirst($string) . "\n";

Produces some nice blocks like:
