Isn't that a PNB?

Protective Nuetral Bond as on dedicated supply transformer supply

So how else can a TNCS be delivered then?
I never said TN-C-S was delivered in any other way.

TN-C-S is delivered as TN-C-S.

PME is generally delivered as TN-C-S.

TN-C-S and PME are not one and the same.

You haven;t even read up on supply types have you?

Isn't that the cable they use in the supply network? Not a systemas it only applies to the External part, where as TN-C-S applies to the whole system

i.e.

TN = Tera (earthed Nuetral system)

C = Combined in the supply (CNE cble)

S = Seperate in the internal system
CNE is a system

in PME, the neutral is rodded at the star point, and various points along its path to property, and then split, to give TNCS

with CNE, neutral is rodded at star point only, and no further rods. its then split at head to give TNCS

only PME is used for distribution, but factories etc with their own transformer may well only have 1 rod and be CNE

DNO was supplier, they listened and turned up within an hour or 2 and it was teh guy on sire that said unlucky to the customer and referred them back to us. our callout service refused to TT the install on callout so the tenant was without electrickery from 3pm until 9:45am the following morning, turns out the guy from SEC was in agreement to the lectric not being on but didn't fancy fixing it.
