Tool insurance?

I have a tool insurance i.r.o £4K but have found out today that they only pay out £1500 is tools stolen overnight from lock up/vehicle, now forgive me but that seems pants given that most are stolen over night and how much value is carried in van, 

so does anybody have a better insurance suggestion ?

Can only suggest shopping around  ,    I enquired some years ago  to cover hand tools & power drills  ,  quote was £1000   PA   .   Never bothered since .     BUT I would if  the van was parked up on the street  every night .

Plus the insurance won't be "new for old" so you'll never get anywhere near the amount you'd need to replace them
