if i stay local, its not too bad round here. also north / south isnt too bad, but going west is always heavy traffic.

A1 through gateshead in rush hour is also a very bad idea. fortunately, i dont have to go that way too often

We don't get it too bad around here from August to Easter,,,, however between Easter and August we get all them blinking holiday makers from the Midlands :shakehead none of them know the roads or where they're going, but it doesn't help that the council decide to resurface the roads just at this busy period

Trouble is some people well most people just don't know how to drive. In a small town next to where I live they have the speed reducer islands through the town. Some you have the priority and others you don't. So you have all these people coming the other way and they don't let you through as they have the priority. Trouble is at some point you are not going to go any where as the road just gets blocked up. The other night it took me 15 minutes to do no more than a quarter of a mile. Absolutely ridiculous and I shall not be going that way again.

I drove 30 miles to a job this morning.

I saw 8, yes eight cars on the way.

It was a bit busier this afternoon in Inverness though, I did have to wait 30 seconds for one set of traffic lights.

I have this great idea ..........why don't we all go to live by Prodave .theres no Part P .... in fact no Regs at all by the sound of it....what Scotland needs is more Englishmen , if they go independent they'll need us to run the country.

On second thoughts all those bagpipes and kilts could be a bit much every day , we only get them on New Years Eve.

Traffic is the bane of my life, company wonders why i dont want to be in Bristol after 3.30pm...might have something to do with the 80 mile drive and 4 choke points on the way back to Swansea. turns a hour and 15 drive into a 2-3 hour one.
