For decades a cousin of mine didn’t have a TV .... they had visits from the enforcement people ...... who each time went away with their tail between their legs

The biggest losers were her kids ... they were the only ones at school who didn’t have a tv

I worked with a chap who didn't have TV and was harassed. It didn't help that he lived in a new house where the builders had installed aerials. He was a very indulgent type, who invited the inspectors in to look around his house, but they still returned a year or so later.
