If it won't start DOL then I suspect debris has jammed the pump.

A stalled motor will draw a LOT of current so I take it the circuit breakers tripped when you tried it DOL?

Have you physically checked the shaft will rotate and it's not jammed?
Yes done that , not jammed

The pump is defoe not jammed and has remained dry. I believe due to lightning strike the sensitive computer controlled speed unit has been knocked out. We do suffer power surges here.

I need to bypass the speed controller and direct wire the pump with a pressure switch just to get us by for the next few days. Need some advice on 3 phase wiring the pump and why it won

Also check between the phases , making sure your meter is set to over 440V . Looking for 440V between the phases.

Are there HRC fuses in line?

You say there is 220V to Neutral ...where is that voltage tested at?

Just checking ..... Are you an electrical type person ? If answer is no , then you are close to death or 12 months in the nearest burns unit .

If you're testing the output of a variable speed drive your tester might give you false voltage readings due to the odd shaped waveforms they produce.

Can you give a make and model number for the pump please?
