Anyone here have any experience of running a second tv from a single v+ box?

Yes, just use a good quality splitter, not the cheap plastic Y adaptors

when u say splitter what am i splitting? im not having another box just whats on the other tv will do. I have a samsung box which makes it harder i believe i have no coax out connection. I have looked at splitting the hdmi but this involves a 20m hdmi to the next tv.

what do i get if i split the virgin cable coming in at the same place as the router? if its terrestrial or anything that will do, just do want the poxy arial on the front of my house anymore!

cheers

You will have an RF out to the TV, split this with one of these

If you don't feel like using the F connectors get a pack of these, will take coax plugs

If you split before the V box you will likely get nothing

If you want HD to the other TV then you will need a pairof Cat5/6 baluns like these for a longer run

if you split the incoming cable you will either get

1 :- Freeview

2 : - Jack

I think you will get the #1,

thats what I get upstairs anyway, split before it hits my cable box, I dont have a co-ax out either

i will have a little experiment to see what i get, free veiw would be good!

if i dont ive found a modulator that i can use with the VRC out that should work and only 30 notes, lets hope it gives a good picture!
