Two things I never got were a train set   ( Heart set on a Triang erm , Double O gauge I think)  and that building block set that everyone knows the name of except me at this particular time .

This year ...... strange obsession from friends this year with thermal T shirts ( Knowing I still work ...must be expecting a cold winter)

A major influx of that Irish cream /whiskey /wine stuff with various names .

A book & a DVD .

No trainset . :C

Couple of tee shirts, socks, smellies, some beer, a big beer glass, some choccies, and, oh nearly forgot AC/DC ticket for Wembley next July! ;)

Oh Deke,

I got a hornby 00 in 1977, (second hand obviously, as most stuff was)

it's still in my mum's loft in a box if you want to borrow it,   :)

SW, that was what my tickets were classed as a couple of years ago, except I knew I'd got them at the time....

Treasure it Stepps , may be worth a fortune one day .

I have but a few things remaining now . also in the loft . All Dinky Toys gone , I know not where .

I have a large scale ( Size of a trainer)  Vauxhall Velox , battery powered , very battered .

Couple of original Famous Five books .   Enid Blyton

One Just William book .   Richmal Crompton.

A replica Colt 45  .177cal. BB shot .

Bosch GLL2-50 Laser Level and a Razer Naga gaming mouse.
Got my boy the Razer Ouroboros, he's made up with it (should be for the price). Thing looks like it should take off and hover! Has programmable buttons. He's recorded himself saying things like "LOL!", "AFK" and "BRB" so he doesn't have to waste valuable gaming energy by actually speaking when he has to leave his pc.

EDIT: I got beer, nuts, a 1ltr stein glass, and a Dad coaster amongst other things. Then gloves, tape measure, set of craft knives etc.

Where to start....

A couple of jumpers. (- "XX"on the size)

A couple of t shirts .... again -"xx"

Some boxers MEDIUM!!!! It's been 20 odd years since I've been a medium, but they fit :)

A scarf, some gloves, some socks, a waterproof bluetooth speaker with radio (ABC TECH)

and some wet socks, boots and gloves for sailing :)

So I've now got some clothes that actually fit me instead of me looking like I'm wearing a tent

I had ( according to my mother, who knows EVERYTHING) one of the very first Lego sets in the UK as my Grandad brought it back from a holiday in Denmark in the late 50s early 60s. He also brought me back a wooden Connector construction set, which I also still have in the loft.

Just got the stickle bricks out for the grandchildren as they are just about old enough now.

I will leave the cordless drills and chopsaw until, next year i think

Start em young ;)

Onoff,

It seems I had the same glass!

It takes 3 cans all bar a mouthful.  However, my wrists and arms are so bad, I then can't lift the damn thing!

Plus, I seem to drink it like a "normal" glass, so about 2 & 3/4 cans in the time I would normally do one

Just tooooooo much for me.

Tried it twice, and had a few other cans in my normal glass since about 5pm, now fit for nowt but bed!
