Heard an intresting quote on Radio 5 last week;

After paying his utility bills and taxes each week, the average paid , employed, working man in this country has 10% of his wages left .

mmm - if you take all bills (inc mortgage, food etc) into account I could believe it.

Got to say it feels like that sometimes! I haven't tried to work this out - I think I'd be too depressed to find out what I do have left.
