i need to get a three phase rotational tester and was wonndering if anyone here can recommend a good one...

App' 87 has a Fluke 9062 & it is highly recommended by him.

MM does them, I'm awaiting mine now!

I know its not much help to you,

but, my MFT does rotation testing,

My 1653 does it on live cct's the other tester will id motor tails to get the rotation right without power.
