Prices are almost always better than most, they are struggling to beat MK prices with B&Q at the moment.

The staff have been the same for years and they even do free pies on a Friday Applaud Smiley

I have 4 accounts and only use the independent on a weekly baisis

No computers there (so it takes half the time to get 1 item). They write the items on the sheet and total it at the end os the week. Then it's 1 cheque per week

Ross Elec (Neweys) called last week to see if they could do anything for me.

Service at my local TLC is getting abysmal !!!

Lask week, I picked up a heating timeswitch, and when opened at the customers, IN FRONT OF THE CUSTOMER, it turns out to be a used, faulty, mangled bit of kit!!!

Did I go ballistic with the manager? No. He checked, and it had not been returned there. It had come in from another brach as new. Head office had a rather nasty email. 13 years I`ve been going there, and standards are getting bad.

it used to be free in my local SF,everytime i go in now its out of order,speaking of wholesalers struggling my local c e f is offering 25% off all ck tools this month,and i had a letter from eddies the other day offering me a free 14v driver if i open a trade a/c with them.:^OApplaud Smiley
