Wifi wall-mounted (silent!)) electric panel heaters?

Hi. I'm looking at replacing 5 aging (barely working controls) Atlantic electric heaters in a 2 bedroom flat with wifi enabled ones.

I have ordered from Amazon a Devola Wifi Heater 2 KW but I will return it, the switching relay makes a loud clang when it turns on or off.

Silent and simplicity of operation are important, we think of airbnb the flat.

Any wifi wall-mounted panel heaters that uses a triac (best, electronic, no noise) for control or at least have a quiet relay?

the masters of electric heating has always been Dimplex. If you search you can quite often find Dimplex gear with another name badge on.
