3 Meggers blowing up?

Crikey - we use them constantly offshore (including the big 5KVA bad boy megger IR checker) checking subsea cables fitted to ROV when back on deck - In the North Sea, and yes in bad weather.

What did you do to blow up 3 meggers?

Anyways - I'm up for (trying to) winning stuff.  Any new comps coming up?
