Had the same in my bedroom as a nipper, many a happy hour putting together & painting the kits.

What was your favourite aircraft then TS?

Mine would be a toss up between;

de Havilland Mosquito

&

Boeing B-17 Flying Fortress

Might pick one up this weekend & see if my lad is interested in building one.

I had and liked all four, Specs. So why didn't you do the Multi option Poll? :_|

Check out the price of the kits and the paints on the airfix site, might make you choke. I'm sure they were cheaper 20+ yr ago.

If the waves came crashing up the beach.. about to wash all four away...

and you could only save one...

Ive still got my #4 in my mums loft.

most of it in boxes too. :D

tho I did like meccano as well, but only had 1 choice,

bloody stoopid pollster people not letting me have a multi choice.

#4 be no good on a desert island with no leccy,

but with #2 we could build a still and collect some coconuts and life would once again be rosy on the island.(could get used to malibu I suppose!) :D :D
