Been asked to second fix a garage installation which has been wired by someone else. small c.u.(rcd incomer) feeding lights,ringmain outside socket etc. It's been fed with 10mm swa with 10mm earth cable to the outside presumably where he was going to TT it. (no rod in place)There is a water supply to the garage for a toilet and sink (plastic pipe). Seems straightforward enough but the feed has been taken back to the meter box not the house c.u. It would seem he intended to henley block and rcd it but is this allowed in the cab? What is the best practice in this situation?

It needs taking back to consumer unit, meter box is for boards equipment only.
