Oh thank goodness I'm not going mad. It's on a printed worksheet that the school have photocopied from a book and given out as homework. Now I look closer, I can see that she has a tick after her (wrong) answer! I will bring it to the schools attention tomorrow - can't wait. :)

Oh wow, I'm not sure I'll ever recover - I've just come back from running for 25mins. I new record for me. Onoff: I went to a shop that made me go on a tread mill and they fitted some trainers properly for me - I'd definately recomend it.

We've found that some of the LED replacements are fine except for the beam angle. They are getting better, but no point replacing nice wide GU10s with nasty spotty LEDs.

Come on Jono, we need an update. I'm just about to start week 4 so I need as much encouragement as I can get. Are you still managing it???
