You are correct (if) using that table 41.1 however 411.3.2.3 explains why for a circuit above 32 amps can have a disconection time "not exceeding" 5 s.max disconnection time is .2secs if using that tabletn Uo 240v ac

And how would you propose he complies with part C of the building regs? And what if insulation is installed?can you not fish it up the cavity?
