Well you lot are obviously not that busy if you've time to be on the forum in the day.

Me, I'm just ticking over on small jobs at the moment. All I've done today is replace two 12V lighting transformers, and a burnt out cooker switch.

thats more than ive managed to do then, been and looked at a job on evans territory in brum this morning :run :run :slap and now going to install an aerial for someone in lichfield

When I was 15 (1981), I applied for about 50 apprenticeships and regularly there were 3000 -5000 people for each apprenticeship. Joined army instead.

Next week I only have two jobs booked. One is to replace two broken bathroom fans, and the other (could be one for the black museum) is to go an look at the wiring on a bus. A guy near us built his house about 20 years ago, and had an old bus parked on the site which was his temporary home while building the house. Apparently the bus is still used as an occasional bedroom when relatives visit, but the electrics "need looking at"

And one more, left a message on my phone. "could I call in for a chat" I'm not sure if i'm pricing a job, or fulfilling some social obligation.

Definately worth taking some pics of mate, not just electrics, but the inside and outside of the bus too mate. Please.

Yeah, ive been working installing kitchen worktops. Last job was to do the silicon sealering (is that a word? it is now! ) and i now have an overwhelming desire for salt and vinegar crisps.

Trouble is, I cant flippin stand salt and vinegar crisps

Not working for a few days , waiting for the plasterer to get in front of me at the farm job , which is the only one I have running .

Remedial job yesterday , yard floodlights at printers packed up , job just before Christmas so can't charge , faulty photocell rattling the contactor in and out .
